The JAL app is now available for all flights and is accessible to both JMB and non-JMB members. We highly recommend downloading the JAL app for all your flight reservations and purchases.

Main functions:

1. Home screen:

   • Displays flight reservations.
   • Displays JMB member information when logged in.
   • Shows flight status for flights up to the next day.

2. Reservations:

   You can easily make reservations for any flight.

3. Timeline:

   • Easily access more detailed information about your itinerary in chronological order by tapping flight information on the home screen or My Booking.
   • The display automatically adjusts based on the time and number of days until departure.

4. Flight Status:

   • Check flight status by route or flight number.
   • For international flights, you can search up to two days before or after your scheduled flight.

5. Notification of Flight Status and Reminders:

   Receive timely notifications for delays, cancellations, and reminders for flights departing within 24 hours.

   Please note that if you haven't updated the app with the latest information or if you are not connected to a network for an extended period, you may not receive notifications.
